Pamela Hall, a national award-winning teacher, is a dedicated, enthusiastic educator coming to Carrollton Elementary School from W.E.S. She ignites the love of learning in her students and colleagues. She’s taught children and led educators for over twenty-five years.

Before settling down in Isle of Wight County Schools, she taught overseas for the Department of Defense Schools for many years.

Mrs. Hall creates a culture where every student feels special, and that they have something to contribute.

Mrs. Hall is an ordinary cappuccino drinking, chocolate eating person with an extraordinary passion to make a positive difference in a child’s life.
